This website offers users an opportunity to either develop their own assessment templates and monitoring frameworks using the DEE software template and framework building facilities or to use the pre prepared assessment templates and frameworks for various sectors ( domains ) provided by the website.
Depending on which option is selected by the user and how many templates or frameworks the user wishes to create or use , different levels of fees are payable.
Assessment templates are available for creating " snapshots" ( the situation at a particular moment in time ) in various sectors . These can be used to assess compliance with prespecified standards or requirements . New sectors/domains are being continuously added to the pool of available assessment templates as new needs arise
DEE Frameworks are available in 4 formats
1. Snapshots provide an assessment of the situation at a particular point in time . They can be used to assess compliance with requirements or recommended best practice or the current state of "readiness" for effective action as in the un decade "readiness" assessments of a country or municipality 2. Standalone Projects or Action plans - which are implemented and monitored within a single organisation.
3. Partnership Projects or Action plans -which are implemented and monitored across a number of partners each of whom are responsible for delivery of their parts of the impacts or objectives.
4. Heirarchy projects or Action plans- where several similar individual projects or plans (built to a common structure ) are implemented and monitored by a number of seperate entities and which can then be amalgamated into a higher level project or action plan by a higher administration level to demonstrate overall progress across all of the entities.
