This web-enabled version of DEE software is now available.  It offers all of the features already familiar  to existing clients and has additional features to enable more effective monitoring and easier production of  charts and graphs for inclusion in progress reports.  It can be used for:

Snapshots  These  enable benchmarking against  particular, best practices , desired standards or  or guidelines in any subject or sector at a particular point in time . Existing pre prepared  assessment templates are avilable for many sectors and can be selected and ammended as needed or if desired,  new custom built assessment frameworks can be developed by the user  using the "create"  tools within the software  . These give a snapshot at a point in time so that areas of strength and weakness can be identified and quantified in relation to the situation existing if everything was as desired     

Projects (or Action Plans )  These are pieces of work which are implemented over a period of months or years and which require regular periodic monitoring and control.  The DEE software provides tools and a monitoring framework which can significantly increase the likelihood of successful implementation.

Albums   Once a number of individual snapshots have been created on a particular topic (for example, the UN Decade of Action on Road Safety)  they can be collected together into  an Album.   This allows comparison of the different snapshots with one another and with averages of some or all of the snapshots.  This enables identification of particular strengths and weakness in the different snapshots so that expertise can be shared and weak areas supported more quickly and effectively.
